All plans are paid in advance using a credit card or monthly direct debit taken on the date you sign up or very shortly afterwards.

You will then be charged every month on the anniversary of your sign up date. 

The Customer Obsessed Growth System is step-by-step marketing plan that anyone can follow, whether they have marketing experience or not.

When you buy it you will get access to a folder in a personal Google Drive for your business through which you'll have access to each weekly chapter - one at a time. When you have finished one week you will get access to the next. 

Each week your task will be to follow a step-by-step plan answering questions about your business and completing tasks that we have given you instructions for. Each plan is a blend of strategy and execution. The first few weeks are pretty strategy heavy, after that it gets more balanced between strategy and execution.

You get to keep access to the Google folder so you can refer back to it or update previous weekly tasks if you want to.

In the long term, we will convert the Google Doc worksheets into a learning management system (LMS). We initially started building COGS in the LMS, but as we keep improving it we decided to keep in in Google Docs for now.

We are currently providing support in two ways.

  • If you choose the DIY option you can request support through the worksheet by assigning an action item to us, or you can contact us by email
  • If you choose the supported option you get online support as above and a weekly support call with one of the LexisClick consultants to help and review your progress that week

In the future, we will build a support forum so you can:

  1. Search to see if anyone has had that question before and get an instant answer
  2. Ask the question so that either LexisClick or one of your peers can answer the question for you.

It's our aim that the support forum gives you instant access to the best answer possible for every question we have ever been asked. We just need to be asked a few more questions before we launch it ;-)

In the first month if you decide that the system is not right for you then we will give you a full refund.

After the first month, you are free to cancel at any point and this will stop the next month's payment from being collected.

You are free to continue using the system until the end of the month you have paid in advance for, even when you have cancelled your subscription, but no refund will be given for any part month.

It is just as simple to cancel as it is to sign up. It is all through an online portal and you can do it yourself without talking to us.

When you cancel you download the documents that you created, so that you have them for the future. 

It's not compulsory, but we would appreciate it if you can let us know why you want to cancel so we can see if we can resolve your problem both for you and anyone else who may have that problem.

Yes. We believe without strategy and monthly commitment to growing your business you will not be successful. You can give 30 days notice and cancel at any point but everyone is on a 30 day rolling service.

Each week we give you new worksheets to follow and apply to your marketing. There's always plenty to keep you busy when you're growing your business ;-)

Different businesses have different ambitions and challenges meaning it can vary.

However, we have designed every chapter of our system to take 10 hours each week. This is 5% of the total time capacity for a business employing 5 full time employees. We think that any business can make this time available to grow their business.

If you can't commit to 2 hours per day right now, the slowest rate that we recommend is 5 hours per week (1 hour per working day).

You can of course do more. We still recommend that you work through each of the chapters 1 per week. You'll just do more of the various activities that we recommend to increase the results that you are getting.

If you are working with us on the Done for you package, then your time commitment will be between 1 and 2 hours per week. Our team will then carry out the other 8 hours of work for you.

Yes and no.

We believe that the core of your marketing should be done in house. (FYI we have been a marketing agency for 12 years and still are).

If you use the Customer Obsessed Growth System our goal is to show you how to do the 20% of marketing that gets you 80% of the results.

There will always be a need for agencies because our system won't cover everything you need to know. Its role is to cover all the regular activities that every business should be doing consistently.

There are still 80% of marketing activities not included in this system. Some of them will probably be perfect for your business. Some will require specialist knowledge that will be more sensible for you to outsource to an agency, because it just doesn't make sense to recruit for or learn those skills in-house.

Also if you already have a long term trusted relationship with an agency that helps you with things like managing your website, PR, events or managing your advertising, we recommend that you keep working with them. Great partners are valuable, we don't want you throwing away the investment you've both made.

Wherever possible we will simplify as many of the things you need to do, so you can do them yourself. If you don't want to do them yourself, you can understand them, which gives you better control over them and keeps you in touch with them. This is important because your marketing is your customer relationships.
