LexisClick is looking for 150 ambitious established businesses to participate in a pilot business growth scheme. The results will be confidentially submitted to and validated by an independent 3rd party.
This grant is available to established companies who want to scale up their business. It works by helping companies to apply the 80/20 rule to their business and help them grow with systematic marketing led growth activities.
UK based SME businesses with 3 years trading history and 5-250 employees
Operationally led businesses with capacity and ambition to grow
Ability to invest 10 hours/week in marketing related activities (average 20% business leader time, 80% can be delegated to a capable employee)
Agree to measure and share results such as profit and turnover confidentially to validate this pilot
Minimum £250 per month budget for additional 3rd party marketing costs if not currently allocated to services such as Google AdWords or CRM license fees etc
£1,500 per business. You must be able to match the funding with £1,500.
Money can only be spent on access to the Customer Obsessed Growth System
The goal of the program is to deliver a minimum £30,000 revenue growth and ideally a substantially larger number. We will ask every business who applies to validate they have the capacity to grow. The £30,000 growth target is a 10x ROI on the normal costs of £3,000.
In the first 90 days of using the system, you will go through an exercise to identify fundamental reasons why your business might not grow or even cause your business to fail. This will highlight any initial concerns you should have about your business and give you some help to fix them. Remember you can cancel at any time.
We strongly believe if you have a great product or service, your problem is that not enough people know you exist. On this basis, by following and delivering the 12-month system you will see the business growth results.
Applications are open now and the launch date is 18th March 2019.
You will be given access to the system where you can work through a series of learning modules, activities and assessments on a weekly basis. Each weekly module is designed to take approx 10 hours. On average 20% of that time will require the input of the business leader or owner to help with the goal setting and strategic directives.
The system costs £250 per month but for the first 12 months, the grant will match your monthly payment of £125. The £125 will be payable by direct debit. At the end of the 12 months, you will pay the full £250 per month. You can cancel at any time. Payment is taken each month in advance.
We want to help as many businesses as possible. If your business revenues are less than £100,000 per annum, then we offer a reduced rate of £100 per month. If you apply for the grant we will match fund 50% of the cost, so you only pay £50 per month for the first 12 months.
