Here's what the 12 month programme covers
The programme is designed to build a set of products / services for your ideal audience that generates you a recurring income of at least £8,500/month by month 12. This will mean that in year 2, you'll earn at least £100k.
Here are the details of the areas you'll be covering in each of the months.

Month 11: Recruiting your Customer Obsessed Group
Month 12: Planning for the future
Each week you'll be supplied with a workbook in your personal Google Drive folder.
The workbook will give practical steps to follow that will take about 3 hours of your time. You may want to take longer, but everything is designed so that you can complete it in 3 hours, usually taken in two 1.5 hour slots.
All learning in action orientated, this means that you are getting things done in the allocated time and learning by doing, instead of learning and then doing.
Some of the workbooks are supported by videos and articles providing further information.
You'll have access to a private Facebook group to ask questions of Stephen, who will be running the programme and your group peers.
Every other week you'll join a group mastermind call, to prepare you for the 2 weeks ahead and solve key issues for the group.
*Customer Obsession is a term that we use to explain a business methodology that is all about delighting your customers. You'll be working on this from day 1 and it really kicks in from Month 9, as you'll have thoroughly tested your offer by then.
