A LexisClick Growth Workshop is a one day event at your office focused exclusively on your business. It'll be facilitated by two of the UK's leading growth consultants in collaboration with your leadership team/stakeholders. The workshop is ideal for any business looking to accelerate their growth in the next 12 months and beyond.
Before the workshop we'll ask you to do some homework to give us the important information we need to help us prepare and maximise the time we spend together. It shouldn't take more than 2 hours.
On the day of your workshop you'll have an interactive full-on day of discussion and planning involving ALL the relevant business leaders and stakeholders in your business.
LexisClick will facilitate the workshop that will start with an analysis of your current situation and your goals for the next 12 months and beyond.
Then we'll explore your target markets, how well you're serving them and what needs to improve. When we've done that, we'll collaboratively come up with a growth plan for your business for you to keep. All free of charge.
We'll document your current situation, where you want to be and a high-level plan to achieve that growth. This plan is yours to keep, free of charge, forever. We will present our final report back to you either in person or via a webinar at a later date.
We hope that if we've both made a good assessment of each other's businesses prior to the workshop, then spending the day together working on your business will prove that we're a good fit to work together going forward.
Our goal is to over-deliver on value without any commitment from you. If there is a good fit between us, you'll be biting our hand off to get started and implement the plan.
We believe transparency is always a good thing, so if either side doesn't want to move forward with working together, then it's much easier to be honest and share our thoughts. We can part as friends. We'll all learn something and be better for it.

For the growth workshop to be a success you need to make sure the key people are in the room.
After the workshop you'll have the outline of a new growth strategy for your business. In our experience a growth workshop is only ever successful when all the right people are in the room.
For example if your sales director is "too busy" to attend, they're telling you this workshop and growth isn't important enough. If you tell us your CEO asked you to gather the information and give it to them because they don't need to attend the workshop, then it won't work either, so we won't do it.
A growth plan without 100% support is destined to fail.
Consistent and sustainable growth is very difficult to achieve. Everyone needs to be aligned, focused and fighting for the same cause. That's why it's really important to get everyone in the room. We can help you position the workshop to your leadership team, but if you can't get their buy-in, it's probably not the right time for your company to go through this process.
You're welcome to invite any staff members involved in tactical execution of any part of your growth, such as sales or marketing executives, but they aren't essential if you'd rather keep it to a smaller group.
In summary, anyone who cares or should care about your business' growth, along with anyone who needs or wants to have a say in agreeing changes to your strategy and budget allocation, needs to be in the room for it to be worthwhile.

A growth workshop takes 3 days time investment from 2 of our best people. That's quite a big deal for us, so we won't be doing many of them. However, for a company where we're confident we can deliver exceptional growth, we think it's a great use of our time.
There's no financial commitment required, but prior to the workshop taking place we both need to agree that we could be a good fit to work together.
The growth workshop will let you try-before-you-buy. We'll both get a chance to understand how we can work together before anyone commits.
