- Understand all the conversion points through the buyer journey. Identify problems and prioritise fixes
- High-level business review to look for warning signs of failure - identify if you have any, or signs of any and fix
- Think about how your business can create a positive (or more positive) flywheel to build momentum
- Analyse what you have done, what needs to be done and plan the next 90 days
