Background
The original design of the site was tired and was targeted more towards the boy racer market rather than the family and car enthusiast audience using the site. The site has a much broader appeal and product range than initially anticipated including a large market in roof boxes, bike carriers, cycle carriers and roof bars in addition to the traditional car accessories such as car bulbs and wiper blades. The brand and site required a redesign to appeal to its broader audience.

To create a brand and website that appealed to the broad customer base of the business. To improve the usability and product information on the site and user interaction with the site in keeping with the latest developments of leading ecommerce sites.
