To be results ninjas. Just like the men in black pyjamas, we’re paid to hit our targets. Difference is we use digital technology instead of throwing stars. Our clients are all different, but they have one thing in common: they want to be more successful. So before we do anything, we find out what makes them tick and where they want to get to. Once we know, we can find the best way of helping them get what they want. Sometimes it’s digital, sometimes it’s traditional and sometimes it’s a mixture of both. Whatever works best.
We don’t want to take over the world (although we do fancy having a James Bondesque lair some day). We just want to build on our reputation for getting great results for our clients. That’s what counts in this business. And if we keep doing that, we know we’ll attract plenty of others who want to go places.
Every gang has a code, and if you want to be in ours, you need to follow it and have it tattooed on your back. Just kidding, that would be crazy, if you did you wouldn’t be able to read it. So instead we’ve made it easy to remember.

Spot new opportunities, go after them for our clients and nail them to the floor (the opportunities, not the clients – we did that once and they didn’t speak to us again). It’s also about always trying to leave things better than we found them
Don’t lose sight of why we’re all here – that is to get results for our clients
We need to be explorers and keep an open mind. It also means being generous with our time, sharing knowledge and experience and giving people a pat on the back when they deserve it
Don’t just repeat something because it worked for one client. Let’s chart new territory and boldly go where no-one has been before. If in doubt, think like Captain Kirk
